Thinking about relocating? If so, Livability.com has some advice: Head to Boise, Idaho—or Raleigh, North Carolina, or perhaps Madison, Wisconsin. Those three cities topped Livability’s list of the Top 100 Best Places to Live based on affordability, amenities, infrastructure, education and health care. Other cities in the top 10 were, in descending order, Iowa City, Iowa; Rochester, Minnesota; Columbia, Missouri; Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Lincoln, Nebraska; and Greenville, South Carolina. To arrive at the list, the market research firm Ipsos Public Affairs ranked 1,000 cities with populations between 20,000 and 1,000,000 based on 40 data points related to quality of life.
